I did the exact same thing here at work. I turned him off after hearing, "Oh, you bet that Tuberville and Les Miles and other coaches are...less than pleased with $aban coming....You throw $aban into the mix....oh boy...yeah, they are not happy." Today when I woke up, he was on the Birmingham FOX affiliate, and for some reason Mike that used to be on Fox & Friends with Mike & Juliette on Fox News was guest hosting.

Anyway, Mike was talking about how Auburn won their bowl game yesterday, and Slimebomb chuckled "Yeah, funny Auburn can go 11-2 and no one cares. We're far more concerned with the Alabama coaching situation, even though they went 6-7. That's the way it is in Alabama. All anyone cares about is Alabama football. I totally agree Bama Grad...Let's face it, hiring a new coach at Bama is the hot topic right now. I personally can't wait to see how he ($aban) recruits in Alabama, especially when he has to share with so many...not so in La. LSU is pretty much it...only time will tell. I still think it is kind of sad that a GREAT TRADITION filled school like Bama would have to pay a coach 4 million just to come..and that he would have to take extra time to think about it......you would think they would be standing in line....

I hereby concede this season's Spinmeister's NC to bama, hands down. No matter what direction the wind blows they are rationalizing it at every turn. Yeah, maybe so, but did the professors get raises? Facilities are great but you have to have people to teach and work in them. As a public school teacher, I am appalled at the money they are planning on offering him. I am pretty sure most of it will come from Boosters. But if UA or any college in Alabama can afford to pay their coaches so well, they must not need the tax money we have to all share. Just my 2 cents! (all I can afford)
