I’m still trying to save up for my faux Gold Trump sneakers but by this time next year I should be able to get Melanie’s book too! Oh boy 😅

I'm sure it'll be a riveting, All American story of what it's like to be a philandering businessman's 3rd trophy wife.

Meh, I found something much more palatable for you guys. Pete Buttigieg's memoir with 29 photos of him and Chasten, a middle school teacher he found and became his partner for life. Shortest way home? Guessing you can relate. ;D

You've got a major problem with that, huh?

Figures.

None. Just trying to accommodate. What did you think about the book?

Hope she doesn't skip the part about her family immigrating to the USA using the legal process that Trump and others have derisively described as "chain immigration".

Yeah right.  "Just trying to accommodate."  You're perfectly fine with it.  :bs:

As for the book, I'll look for it in my library.  I admire Pete.  IMO, he's one of our better politicians.  Smart, rational and a good speaker.

Doesn't matter one iota to me that he's homosexual.  I feel the same about gay service members.  We'll be better off as a country when all gay baiters like you are gone.

You're like the message board version of the the high school bully in 80's movies: you'll have this moment where it's seems like you're finally developing empathy, then start laughing and walk down the hallway with your class ring turned upside down, slapping people on the head while saying "f*g."

I'm fine with Pete. Again, just trying to be accommodating. Look, dude is definitely multitalented. ;D

I'll admit, I know an audience. Just trying to be helpful.

They do have a penchant for self-owning themselves.

You probably should buy two copies at minimum. :comfort:

Weak-assed sarcasm isn't effective either. We got your intent.

You don't have to buy books at a library.  You simply check them out. :-\

You should try it sometime. It will amaze you.

Well, it apparently did with you, or you wouldn't have posted it.

Nothing more fun than watching a racist - or homophobe  - dance around their homophobia or racism instead of just admitting it.

I supposed that could be a sign of progress - they're too embarrassed to own up to it.

"Bless their hearts". ;D
