A good first campaign rally for Kamala

Pretty effective. She’s come along a bit as a speaker.

And she'll get better.  Whereas Trump won't.

Maybe.  It's not like this is her first presidential campaign either.

The self-gaslighting has already begun.

Yes, the enthusiasm for Harris is almost unbearable in DC.

Seriously though.  Shouldn't this thread be in the Smack Talk Forum?

Saying she had a good first rally is opinionated at best. Not a fact.

That was an absolute train wreck.    Schumer was so excited about Harris becoming the nominee that he wet his pants.   Riiiiiiiiiight!!!

Who was he playing to?  Schumer was attempting to garner enthusiasm and knew his audience were reporters.  He even asked for applause, it really came over as disingenuous and fack.

Yep, you betcha, no difference between Trump and any Democrat.

That's why the election is literally pointless.

Reporters don't typically applaud.

You feel that way about ALL Republicans. Some of us already said we'd have voted for RFK Jr. had he not been blocked by your own party.

Democrats have been trying to garner energy and enthusiasm for weeks now.

Does everyone recall Biden's exuberance and pumped-up energy level in his last few public appearances before the Party kicked him to the curb?  He spoke louder, displayed enthusiasm, energy and excitement - he assured the country that he was fit to campaign & run this country, adamant that he would not drop out.

Figures.  But EMT says they are all different sides of the same coin. So take it up with him.

I mean it’s a forum and editorializing is what forums are for.

I thought that the Politically Speaking section was for factual discussion only, and that the Smack Talk section was for opinions, joking, etc.

That's all i was saying.

No, opinions are discussed here. The difference is that you’re expected to defend them with some rigor lol.
