Saw something where Aaron Sorkin (I assume jokingly, but one never knows these days...) said the Democrats should nominate Mitt Romney. That has no chance of happening, but the thought is hilarious.

Manchin is a non-starter at the top of a ticket, imo. At this point, the Democrats have to put someone out there with name recognition and broad appeal, and he's not that guy.

Let’s see….Manchin vs Harris.   You either can’t see or hear.   What makes anyone even remotely believe that Harris is a better candidate?   Really really curious to hear the answer.   If you haven’t witnessed Harris for the last three years on the national stage, you really have your head in the sand.
