Is every interview required to mention uat and or saban? The only school with two head coaches. One on the field the other in charge of recruiting fundraising and guidance to the other head coach as warranted.

HF is just speaking to his base. A good portion of posters on AU Family know as much about bammer as they do about AU. They certainly worry more about the tahd than the Tigers. 😉😆😂

It's a tough place to play for our main rivals, that's for sure.

Look at Hugh today versus Hugh when he took this Auburn job. He has aged like a president. He took a vacation recently and a ton of our fans on social media were pissed off because he took one. The money in college coaching is great but I can definitely see why coaches burn out.

I mentioned this time last year that Hugh had aged 10 yrs after only being at Auburn 10 months.

He looks haggard, tired and worn out.  These big-time coaching jobs take a toll with pressure & stress 247 all while and working like a dog climbing out of a hole left by your predecessors.  It wears on a man.

Like Hugh owning up to learning that he needs to listen more and take in feedback from players. Also really confident in the culture of the team now.
