The easiest example is the case that just brought Chevron down - forcing fisherman to house and pay government inspectors.  
 

Also, numerous EPA rulings - such as mileage requirements.  Or is Congress incapable of understanding that too?   Unelected bureaucrats are not permitted to make defacto laws - it really is that simple.  Follow the Constitution.
