So you can cry elephant tears that this was not a "criminal" case and just some lowly "civil" case. But the FACT IS, the juries in both cases determined that Trump sexually assaulted the woman and thus was guilty of defamation.

 

They love it when you flub terminology. He was found liable, not guilty. Put down the shovel.

These words have meaning and you can’t just make your preferred terminology true by asserting it. Get it right.

I went in and out a lot during that trial. Wasn't that the one where she only narrowed it down to somewhere between 1992 and 1997, and never went to police or hospital or mentioned it to anyone for 20 years?

Was there ever any proof brought? Or did it stay a "he said, she said" and verdict was because he's known to be a pathological liar and she's not?
