She probably knows that getting a single payer system passed would be impossible without a super Democrat majority in both houses of congress(and even then its not guaranteed), which isn't going to happen, so she seems to be leaning more towards a realistic policy goal of continuing to battle medical companies to lower costs. 

 

Aside from that the meme is more about Trump unintentionally making Kamala sound awesome when he's trying to attack her.

By the grace of god she’ll maybe sweep the house and the senate and be able to ram through Medicare for all, but we have no path to that now.
