If you want to get to the bottom of the mental fitness issue, have Merrick Garland release the audio tapes of the Hur hearing.  What is there to hide.

Biden was a professor in name only at Penn (senior fellow).  Please.  I don’t think he ever taught a class at Penn.

Your second linkd gets the 403 Forbidden label.  If he taught that you couldn’t own a cannon when the 2nd amendment was written he was wrong:

Parenthetical asides from a prepared text often trip up presidents, especially Biden. In this case, he repeated a claim — that Americans were prohibited from owning cannons — that has already been fact-checked as false when he made it during the presidential campaign.
