I’m not sure there is a good answer for it.  lLike you most people ask themselves why Biden lies so much.  Just try and be pragmatic when you think about it and realize that Biden has been stretching the truth  since he began to seek public office.  Now with his advanced age it’s unclear if at times he even knows what day it is.
