Poor Oregon St, man. Those dudes are a top 20 team stuck in a dying conference, and they’re probably going to have to drop down to G5 or go Independent.

Preseason rankings are meaningless. We play the games one by one, week by week. We win or we lose as we go along. It's the postseason rankings that matter.

This is a rebuilding year for Auburn and I think CHF and his assistants have done amazing work trying to put together a competitive team. Finishing in the top 25, after the potato boys destroyed the team, would be a remarkable achievement.

WDE!

I'll always remember him as John Fain in Big Jake. One of my mom's favorite flics.

Funny they're right behind KSU. Two of the historically worst P5 football programs. They'll probably just join MWC but if I were them, I'd call the Big 12 every day.

I think LSU (6), FSU (8), Texas (11), and Tennessee (12) are way over-rated. There are some others who won't finish as high as they are on this list, but those four stand out to me.

The others you refer to,  in my opinion are:  Penn St, Notre Dame, Kansas St., Oregen St., Wisky, Ole Miss., and Coastal Carolina,

We shall see.  I would love to see us get into the Top 25.  Going to be hard, but doable given our schedule and a better product on the field.
