Just to add a little more context to what @W.E.D already said….he is scheduled to graduate this Spring.  And as he already said, he must graduate in order to be immediately eligible if he transfers again.    That’s why many people have speculated that he is just hanging around during the Spring so that he can be a graduate transfer in the post-Spring window.
