I really think this team could compete for a championship if it only had one ace shooter and another guard who made higher than 25% from open looks. We had so many good shots down the stretch, just couldn’t hit any of them.

Only way it can change significantly (for next year) is if CBP can find some legitimate shooters in the portal next time it is open.

Usually shoot an airball at crunch time matter a fact. It’s really weird how bad we get.

No doubt. I applaud their effort but they’re riding coat tails from previous years. Program has a lot of hype. Great for recruiting but they’re not performing on the court. Maybe that can change next year. Need transfers badly.

It's the guards iq. When we made the extra pass they were really having a hard time with us. Our guards didn't identify that though.

I know everybody is going to cry about fouls but at the end of the game you have to put pressure on the refs. First they were having difficulty keeping us off the boards, second the difference is at crunch time they forced lay ups and we settled for long 3's.....that's just not smart at the end of close games

Can’t really blame the refs. Check out the box score.  Auburn played them even in every matrix except the one that matter the most which is putting the ball in the basket. Auburn even had more opportunities. At this point it is what it is every game is winnable if Auburn could just score

We lose by 15+ when we play them at Coleman. The crowd and energy helped us stay in this. Alot.

And Mark actually made 2 mistakes at the end but did you see what he did? When he saw green was on him he called a 1-4 flat and you better know he wasn't going to shoot a jump shot. 

It's those type of intangibles of being smart.
