I am afraid her problems are actually much worse and, she is not alone. A basic mentality of irrational hatred is at work. It has been cultivated. It is in large part responsible for our political dysfunction. A significant portion of our population has lost it's sense of humanity, it's basic sense of human decency. To give you an opposing view on AOC, I really don't think she is crazy in the same sense as MTG. I agree with policies AOC pushes, whereas I don't even know if MTG has policies she pushes that aren't really far out alt-right. While AOC's outspokenness on social media in not my favorite thing in the world, she definitely pushes the boundaries in that regard. However, I don't do social media at all, so that's a factor against her for me. Though I recognize her use of social media helps her connect with the youth who are all over it. Its a mixed bag for me at least but I still put her a good bit higher than MTG based solely on their votes for/against the lend-lease aid to Ukraine. Many conservatives see progressivism and socialism as literal civilization enders. AOC is an educated, articulate person who is in many cases the unofficial 'spokesperson' for both of those causes in the United State, so I can see where some conservatives would see her as 'dangerously crazy' .
