He didn't make it to the end of the season. Therefore, IMO, he wasn't as good

I don’t know that one way or the other but I noticed he hasn’t been hired yet, that I could find.  Not sure if that is his choice or not.

Yeah, it's strange. He was at Troy for six years. So he had to be doing okay there, and had to be doing something right to have gotten hired here in the first place. 

Maybe he's just being picky while still counting AU dollars.
