I would personally let the man have at least another year rather than continue the revolving door.  You don't just get a new coach, you get a new culture.  We haven't even seen what he can do with a team full of his type of players.  If we boot him, it's an entire staff changeover, and it just feels a little late to be making changes unless there's some serious toxicity among him and the players.

What players? At the rate he's losing them we won't have a team 🤣 atleast on offense.
