Georgia is going to resume counting this morning. Trump's lead stands at 18,000.

I think Biden passes him this evening.

Still having trouble getting a clear picture of how many ballots are left. I've heard as high as 80k and as low as 40k. If the former is true, I agree with you.

Edit: AJC report 51.5k ballots left. That's tight but doable.

51K, yeah. Biden needs to win those at a 3 to 1 clip.

He's consistently winning at roughly 4 to 1.

If Biden pulls this off and we get a double runoff, I want Stacey Abram's in charge of the DNC going forward. The woman can organize and GOTV.

She is being widely celebrated on my social feeds. She's the real deal and will certainly be a major factor in the future of the party. Encouraging.

She put on a masterclass here.

Trump wants the count stopped. If we give him what he wants, Biden wins.

"Stop the count!"

*Arizona and Nevada drop what they're doing*

"Not like that!"

How do those counties lean? I know Fulton leans Democrat.

Chatham heavy Dem lean too. Savannah.

But don't read too much into the lean of the counties. Most ballots coming in will be mail-in/absentee, meaning there's a heavy Dem skew either way.

Fair enough.

Agreed about not wanting to be a vote counter in these swing states. Especially with crazy people showing up to protest now.

As somebody pointed out on Twitter, um, votes are still being counted in every state. It's just that most of them have no chance of a lead change.

Just for giggles.

There really are. So many small, inexpensive, been-here-forever places. With parking!

Damned good thing I love seafood.

Georgia has a lot of awesome eating. I've mentioned Duluth here in the past. Awesome food was only ever a stone's throw away from my hotel.

Birmingham is starting to sort of catch up on food, thankfully.

State of GA just confirmed that ~60k votes are still left to be counted.

The SOS said they'd be done by noon. Hmm.
