An Auburn punter is set to leave the program.

Reserve punter Crimmins Hankinson entered the NCAA transfer portal Tuesday morning, AL.com has learned.

Hankinson transferred to Auburn from Gardner-Webb, where he served as the team’s starting punter in 2018. However, Hankinson was behind Oscar Chapman and Aidan Marshall on the Tigers’ punter depth chart.

  • WarTiger changed the title to reserve punter enters transfer portal

Imagine my confusion in reading the title wrong as "Reverse Punter enters transfer portal". I was over here saying "Thank God! Why would we even want one of those?" I need more coffee and better vision.

Who?

Crimmins Hankinson, who finally accepted his fate as an old-timey defense attorney in Oxford, MS wearing seersucker, a bow tie and suspenders.
