Where in Indiana are you from?  We have a farm in Terra Haute.  My father is from there and we have family in Vincennes as well as Indianapolis!

I used to drive through that area alot. I lived in Bloomington IL and worked a nuke there. Nice area

I know you're an extremely positive guy, and I'm not saying you should change one bit, but you're sipping the kool aid. Bo doesn't look like a vet. Gus doesn't seem to have any answers. It just seem with Gus we are not a terrible team but we're as average as average can get.

That's not me taking shots, it's just me being honest

The AU-uga rivalry was never civil.  They spit on us from the upper catwalks as we left the stadium back in '83.  And not just one or two dawg fans, either.

Indeed.  That one of their cheers states:  "Ain't nothing finer in the land, than a drunk, obnoxious Georiga fan", really tells you everything that you need to know about them.

Heck, even legendary thUga announcer, Larry Munson, stated after Lindsey Scott's infamous 1980 touchdown run in the WLOCP something to the effect of "there's gonna be some property damage tonight!"

Athens is the only place where my family or I ever had a vehicle vandalized at a road game, and we have been to Baton Rouge, Tuscaloosa, and Gainesville more than once.  Apparently they were some irate Bulldogs in 1997, and my parents' rear windshield (with the large AU sticker on it) had to suffer for it.

Yes!

Went to a buddy's apartment just off campus in Athens (him & his roommate were UGA students at the time) to watch the AU-thUga game in the mid '90's, with my wife to be.  Auburn won.

He and his roommate (good guys) actually escorted us to my truck.  I wasn't wearing any AU gear but my truck had AU stickers on it.

Nothing happened, fortunately, but it was telling to me that they felt the need to make sure we were safe.

I'm telling you....even LEG-HUMPERS know they're leg-humpers!  Bammers suck, for sure, but dawgs take it to a whole 'nother level!

I applaud you for saying this and I am in agreement with you.  Yes there were some plays that didn't work due to scheme.  Yes there was some plays\calls that I am sure Gus would want back.  But I am also certain there are plays that the players wish they had back as well.  Gus didn't miss the field goal.  Gus didn't fumble the ball.  Gus didn't have a bad throw on 4th down.  Gus didn't give up a blown coverage TD.  Not blaming any one player just like not blaming the coach.  The team lost this game.  So @abw0004 Thanks as always for your updates from the stadium and I got your back.  As for the other 95% of the board...

Yes let’s not blame a coach in his seventh year that he hasn’t recruited the players or trained them to run his offense yet. I mean heck we only pay him a lousy 7 million a year. What would a measly 7 million buy you? Heck I read somewhere some pro coaches don’t make that . And the ones that do make that , no one expects them to win tough games. No I’m with you if Gus can beat Troy and Samford and occasionally Arky or Vandy then heck I’m all for giving him a raise to $10 million a year. 😂 some Gus apologist on here are grade a comics for sure.
