Why didn't this raise some eyebrows and get reported to the police? It seems that in a lot of these shooting incidents there were red flags beforehand that were ignored.

Because it exposes liberal school policies just like the shooting in FL did.  So of course they're not going to focus on the Ohio shooting...or because the guy was an Antifa supporting Elizabeth Warren leftist.
