I like the Rochefort 10 (which I see you also have) better but we'll survive. I currently have the Trinity in my possession lol. Still have Westvleteren 12s, the hardest to get, from last year.

Tiger Refuge 6,802
Big. Toasty and roasty. Great mouthfeel. Nice chocolate taste, but not overly sweet.

Apropos of nothing, Hubbard's Cave is quickly becoming one of my favorite breweries. That El Zacaton from my Christmas post was incredible. First time a chili stout has been interesting for me in a long time. Really beautiful beer. And I love their IPAs. Speaking of, finally tried 2 Bearded Irises, the Homestyle and a double, don't remember the name. Honestly, the NEIPAs are starting to all taste the same to me.

First time I’ve had it not BBA, and it’s damn strong! And I’m glad you said that about the NEIPAs. I really think I may have hit my threshold. They are delish, but getting hard to distinguish.

ShocksMyBrain 9,776
This isn’t a humble brag, but I got off work at 3 and my coworkers are popping Dom(not had), Cliquot Rose(have had), and something else up at the store around 930 tonight after close. And I’m having a really hard time deciding if I want to go up there(7 min drive).
ShocksMyBrain 9,776
Well I went and Dom is the s***. Also had 2006 Tattinger and regular Cliquot. We went to a local bar and the owner said to put it on her tab. So mezcal cocktail it is.

I really like good champagne though- opened a bottle of Veuve Cliquot La Grand Dame with arrival of each of my children purchased for the occasion. Most excellent....
Tiger Refuge 6,802
Back at Natchez Brewing Co in Natchez,MS. Had their new DIPA offering, Pushup. It was freaking awesome. A hint of orange peel with just a slight vanilla taste and a bit of lactose. Almost like a pushup in a glass. At 9%, sneaky af.

AUDub 11,974
So we had a bit of a scare. Broke one of the bits off down in one of the roots. He's just in there drilling away when *snap* and the thing was embedded. "Damn! Only the third time I've ever done that." *X-ray intermission* "So what do we do?" "Let's see if we can get it out with hemostats, otherwise you're going to a specialist to have it vibrated out." "Grab that ************ and yank, doc." Luckily he managed to remove it ("first time I've managed to extract one lol"). He hand filed the rest of the way though. Still a 10/10 experience. Guy is hilarious. Bah would have just been an annoying trip to an endodontic specialist to get the bit out and wrap up the root canal. Started to hurt after that though. Anesthesia may have been wearing off. It wasn't too bad and we were almost done so I gripped the chair and soldiered through. Dentists' offices don't scare me much anymore lol. Finding the right one makes all the difference in the world. Property Bros was on. Had to keep asking the assistant for updates.

They scare the everloving eff out of me. Buncha sadists. I had dinner with a Property Bro and his fiancee once. Don't remember which one but he was way cooler and more normal than I expected. They were both very down to earth. I read an interesting piece recently though describing how intense and weird some of their fans are. I guess that's true of almost anyone who reaches that level of celebrity.
ShocksMyBrain 9,776
Cigar City launched in Memphis this week(finallly). Nashville has had it for a few years now. Fresh Jai Alai ftw. Our CCB is coming from Brevard, assuming Oskar Blues is canning it.
