ShocksMyBrain 9,776
Wife is in Boston for work for the week. Anyone have any suggestions? They’re going to be in Salem tomorrow. Edited September 3, 2018 by ShocksMyBrain

Tiger Refuge 6,802
GITM is going year round now. So, if anyone needs any, holler at ya boy. Shed rebuilding project over the long weekend. Roof goes on today. Beer will be consumed. After the roof goes on... 2

Extremely cool spot with a spectacular selection of local and further-away oysters and a really fantastic tap list. And Trillium is next door. And the fish I had was really great. Nothing for Salem, but I think I'm late with this response anyway. Antico Forno for the required North End visit. Mike's Pastry is legit and the line moves really fast.

Tiger Refuge 6,802
Parish conducted an online sale of DDH Ghost today with a ten case limit. They had 300 cases. Sold out in less than a minute....

ShocksMyBrain 9,776
Wife brought home 6 different cans from Trillium. I begrudgingly said I’d share them with her. Expect beer porn later.

McLoofus 35,182
Had Hubbard's Cave v20 IIPA. Liked it quite a bit. Lots of the NEIPA characteristics- unfiltered, citrusy- but very earthy, bitter and dry on the palate. Not cheap but I enjoyed it. Finally got around to Stone's Fear Movie Lions. Wasn't super excited about it but I didn't get around to checking the date. I have a couple more and will drink them. Had family over Saturday. My niece and her husband came. He didn't bring beer. I gave him my last 2 SN Oktoberfests, as he's a Bud Light guy and I wasn't about to give him any of my really good beers. But then he wanted one more and all I had left to give him was an Ayinger Oktoberfest. I'm still trying to come to grips with the whole thing.

ShocksMyBrain 9,776
Always a sucker for a single hopped mosaic IPA. Even if it means buying a 12 pack variety of Sweetwater. And it’s okay. Reminds me a bit of Abita’s Hop On.

Actually, it looks a lot like an wheat IPA that Great Raft put out this summer....I was unable to get my hands on. Also, I haven’t forgotten about you. Still trying to get my hands on some Brass Techticles. Yes, I feel comfortable saying that.
Tiger Refuge 6,802
In honor of The Bandit, I picked up a sixer of Coors stubbies this past weekend. Dare I say, I may have a new “go to” weekend beer? Me thinks so.
