The deal was either fraudulent or it wasn't. If it was, it took two parties to make it so.

Now you're just babbling. The US Govt has been routinely making such deals, going back to the $ 600 toilet seats , decades ago.

It's not a matter of whether it took 2 parties to make it, it's the part of where our govt used OUR money to make the bad deal. THIS IS WHAT GOVT DOES !
