He was reaching into his jacket for the second time. He had a loaded gun in his jacket. He had just fled police and almost ran over one officer. He had been discussing openly on camera that he preferred death over jail. I am glad the officer behind him shot him in the back if he did. From the helicopter would have been fine too. Anyone who has a problem with this shooting just has a problem.
