In your opinion, is utilizing our intelligence a better option than the military? Could it be if our intelligence services were more cooperative and less competitive?

Using our intelligence is a must...ultimately though, somebody has to do something to keep the bad guys in check...intel doesn't deter or kill bad guys. And yes, our intelligence services should be more cooperative. I'd take all the wasted energy in Homeland Security and put it where it's needed; in signal intel overseas and field resources.
