No this is not bad news for conservative republicans. It is bad news for establishment republicans. Cantor had fallen into the trap that ensnares so many who start off good but then get corrupted by the wall street k street lobby crowd. He was more interested in pleasing them than the constituents of his district. His attendance at the George Soros funded immigration conference in Florida was typical and a bad move. This has become typical of republicans and the people are starting to stand up and say enough. If republicans would run and govern as conservatives they would win landslide after landslide election.
