You beat me to this Polo. I found this article and particular quote you linked interesting too. We knew that the 4 year schollies were a sign of committment from the school to the kids. This is proof that it makes a difference.

Rivals has his 40 time at 4.81. That can't be right. A couple of offensive lineman ran that at the NFL Combine today.

Could not find it on scout, but it does say he had 11 kickoff returns for td, so that tells me that his 40 is better than 4.81.
