Simplified the strong side is the side of the offense that has the TE in alignment. Weak is without a tight end. D adjusts from there and many people and announcers use the term in error.

LBers obviously adjust to being more of a specialist for one side or the other. I've heard running backs called a weak side running back because they were good at the misdirection of running that way from a strength standpoint. Oh, so you're saying he's a good running back? :rolleyes:I'm surprised some announcer hasn't identified a good strong side placekicker, if I wait long enough it is probably coming.

Somebody failed to do their homework on that one. They should have just made a Cam doll. They definitely stuck him with a few pins.  Too bad they didn't dip them in kryptonite first.
