What I heard was Bruce promised Wendell, Zep and/or Tre Donaldson that he wouldn't get another guard out of the portal. No idea if that is true or not but if it was, not a smart move on Bruce's part.

I'm little worried the HS recruiting wont be great this year. Danny Hugh hasn't had enuf time to build those relationships. IMO needs to focus on portal and hope he gets a flip or 2 from HS kids.

It's a long season BBALL is a tournament sport. You want to be peaking in March, not Dec. That said, we have glaring weaknesses. We can't hit the broad side of a barn. Westry and Trarore look lost. Still time to correct, but the overall talent isn't there, especially offensively. Difference this year we don't have Jabari to bail us out.
