Has anyone ever questioned how the REC could move Tua's family from Hawaii and Bryce Young family from California to Alabama and I'm sure provide jobs for them? I dont blame this season on Gus entirely. Later in the year, depth or lack there of shows up. I admit was some questionable play calls. New scheme, needs some pieces on offense. My prob with Gus was trajectory of program. I will say same about Hars in year 3 if things aren't different.

Never said it was a wasteland. But 8-4 was the norm the last few yrs.. Maybe Hars is the answer, maybe he isn't but it was time to change things. Call it culture, mindset whatever

So are you saying that you were satisfied with the culture Gus was fostering after 8 Years? I will give u the fact the players didn't quit on Gus but there's more to changing culture than just not quitting

Point being it takes time to change culture. Football, basketball or badminton

Maybe a new AD... no way a new HC... You can't change coaches every year or two.. I want results now too but you gotta give Hars more time. I don't know if there is a true Offensive tackle on the roster currently.. Got a bunch of guards playing tackle. Takes time to get that fixed as well as few other issues... QB etc
