Play calling was pretty on point during the 2nd half. The 1st half jet-sweep 4thdown play call was rough but not as bad as Harsins south carolina 4th down call from last year. Can we add to our 2pt conversion plays that one Bobo had in the iron bowl that was a little bit of a trick play? Thatd be great.

I think w the right staff and a heavenly salary he would do it. He has to enjoy the job security where he is at and being in tight w the coach is always nice plus he is such an integral part of recruiting there that they would probably bump his salary up to retain him.

I dont know why Steele would be forever burnt but i do think an incoming coach would be super skeptical on hiring him as he seems to have tight connections w major shot callers and could be seen as a threat to the throne in some form or fashion. i love T-Will but i think he is happy where he is and the upcoming move to the big 12 at UCF has to be appealing as opposed to entering the absolute gauntlet that is the sec west --

No we wouldnt consider him if he wasnt tied to Auburn but tbh there is something to be said for looking at someone who has deep Au roots plus he is a good coordinator. That said, I want deion.

One thing Gus was really good at was bringing aufam on to the staff. I am glad he brought caddy in among others and I hope new staff recognizes the importance in doing so

I really liked caddy blowing through the timeouts to ice the kicker (seriously, not being sarcastic). It was a good example of a coach presumably knowing that you should usually save one but also knowing there was no way in hell robby was going to throw for 50 yards to give us a show. It was a good decision.
