  1. Blessings come in all forms
  2. SEC officials have got to be the blindest bats on the planet.
  3. Don't think Lane has much confidence in his defense.
  4. Yep, leaving three on the board. Not smart.
  5. I saw some of it. I haven't watched Liberty this year until today. I understand that they are on their third string QB. The guy playing QB looked to be a weakness as they were trying to come back at the end.
  6. I would bet they come out with a vengeance today.
  7. Watching the end of the Liberty-U Conn game. The girls in Connecticut must be eating a lot of French fries. There's some big ladies.
  8. One game should not define a head coach. That being said, I hope no one in the Auburn administration was seriously ever considering Stoops. The last thing we need at Auburn is more boring ass football.
  9. Arkansas just got jobbed by the SEC officials
  10. Because kids who want to tackle somebody are getting to play. Steiner is too slow.
  11. Get a turnover, and can't complete a single pass. Geez
  12. Wow, lob it up to your tall receiver in one on one coverage. What a novel concept
  13. I thought the jet sweep was a good call. Deal, a tight end can't block a guy 75 lbs lighter than him. Pathetic effort.
  14. I predicted when he graduated in 04 that the team would take a step down a notch or two. His attitude was infectious, and I relate much of the success of 2004 to it. The guy is invaluable to have in your locker room.
  15. Was just about to say the same thing. It's more of a must win for Arkansas. Lose to this dumpster fire we have, and it could be the beginning of the end for Pittman.

    Gus

Just FYI, Tuberville did not run from Saban. Tuberville had problems to deal with away from football that I will not mention here. Just suffice it to say that any man would have a hard time concentrating on his job with what he was dealing with personally.

    Gus

Gustard's high flying offense with a whopping ten points against 4-3 East Carolina tonight through three quarters. I tuned in tonight to see if I could call the plays before the ball is snapped as usual. Except for an occasional wrinkle I've pretty much nailed most of them. Same old formula. Load the box, stop the run, and you've pretty much got Gus in handcuffs.
  18. That blocking though! There are defensive linemen, and linebackers on the ground 10-15 yards from the line of scrimmage everywhere. I must have counted at least half a dozen pancakes just by Willie Anderson himself. Tight ends knocking edge guys ten yards off the ball, wide receivers knocking guys down. Haven't seen blocking like that by Auburn in years. It's beautiful.
  19. Probably only week of the season without a fumble, or an interception. I'm celebrating.
  20. Hey, roll me one out of your bag brother.
  21. I'll admit I was against the thought of hiring Deion when his name was first being brought up mainly because of the inexperience running a big time program. I'm starting to warm up to the idea however. I think just on name, and reputation alone kids will listen to what he has to say, and I think a lot of momma's will as well. Bo Jackson used to say that during his recruitment that kids would come over to his house just to see the telephone that Bear Bryant called him on. Can you imagine the buzz Deion would generate in the neighborhood, or at the high school of a top recruit? At least give the man an interview, and listen to his plan, and what he has to say. That's my $.02.
