Do you feel the need to add to the fire by regurgitating exaggerated and sometimes false rumors. Constantly showing your superior morals. Some here do. No one is "yeah butting". Posters are just standing by our school, and asking the pessimists to give this a chance. Quit throwing gas on the flames. Quit exaggerating the facts to make it look worse than it is. We already have bama/ole miss/uga fans and media trying to spread misinformation and exaggerations. Please, don't help them. I want to know what the super expert , japantiger, has to say. What does he suggest the university does from here ? He must have a lot of wise solutions.

I think people may be reading into this too much. Every coach has a weakness. I took it as a random, off the cuff example saying: if an OC can improve our offense, and Freeze can help improve any weaknesses that coach may have, than they will make an effective coaching team. If he was literal about it, I do not think he will hire a coach that is ineffective in the red zone, may be just not effective enough.

Go Loachapoka. I lived out there in the early 90's when I was in grad school. Shocked they have done so well for such a small school. Anyone know if they still have Syrup Soppin' out there in the fall?

BigB, with all the respect I can get across in text.... do we KNOW Jimmy was the big power player in this? Seems obvious, but also seems like a good scape goat that is easily believed. I hear Jimmy this and Jimmy that all the time. I am not close enough to the situation to know for sure. Just curious as to if this is just "assumed common knowledge", or a hard fact that can be proven. (not asking you to prove it)

you are not going to change anything but bring down the team school and fans. You are just making your worst case scenario even worse. If you need psychological relief, go to a therapist. In the mean time, do what you can to help the team and not bring it down. or, Come join the light side. It is much more fun over here. We have cookies and hookers.

We get it. you don't like Freeze. What is your end game with all this complaining about Freeze? Freeze is our HC. There is nothing you can do about it. How does all the negative crap you post help the team or Auburn in ANY way? What do you hope to accomplish other than dragging down the team, school, and fan support? I don't think he was claiming to have details. which is his point. W don't know all the details, a few facts and boatloads of unsubstantiated rumors that some people keep trying to push. We all need to wait until the facts come out. In the mean time I am giving him the benefit of the doubt. So far there have been a lot of facts that have disproved some of the rumors and misinformation.

no one cares outside on alabama, and georgia. In two or 3 weeks people will have moved on to the next "big story". The world, and esp. Americans can not keep their attention on anything more than a few weeks. I see way more Auburn fans bringing this stuff up than ALL other school combined. Much harder attacks against Auburn and Freeze by Auburn fans than even the most rude bama fans. No one outside of Auburn fans really cares. They have more important things and their own teams to worry about. As much as I love Auburn, I realize we are not the center of the NCAA football world.

Harsin said all the right things. I really wanted him to do well. I'm not going to let getting fooled by Harsin effect the way I see initial PCs. I get the feeling from Freeze that he sincerely means what he is saying. I think he has been humble and honest. And, that he really does care for his players. He showed humility and humbleness. Being humiliated can be a life changing emotion. One of the most powerful human emotions . Most people don't even like to mention their past humiliations. Would anyone here post their most humiliating moment on this board? no way! Being humiliated sucks. But it also makes you more wise. I can't imagine if my life's most humiliating moments lasted 7+ years in the public eye.
