  9. you know he was kicked out of molly at that time. they had a huge concert at the orange bowl with bob seger and tons of other big name guys at the time. he was drinking takillya and they claimed he got so bombed he could not sing. he slurred his words { the obnes he could remember }and was stumbling around. later they found out after he went to the doctor he was diabetic and that was what happened. but he was super nice and very charismatic. and he was a big ol boy too. i think he played some football. and at that time he was recording his own cd with his one hit hurry sundown. those were fun times..........peace and blessings to ya 72.....
  10. i met danny jo brown who was the singer of molly hatchet in thomasvill ga which was his hometown. the bar was partners too. he sat in the audience right in front of the satge while i sang two hatchets tunes. i was still learning to be a decent singer back then but he was so gracious and nice.he gave me a few pointers and then he got up after break and and sang some skynyrd with us. he loved takillya and i remember he kept asking what the lyrics were. and i think he boinked the female singer we had who was also my gf at the time. we had it on tape and the gf took them. i do till have hi auto tho.
  11. i adopted three rescues. one was abused to the point i cannot pick her up and she refuses to walk in the bathroom. other than that she is mostly ok and she is spoiled rotten. i had four but one died and i cried like a baby. i buried her close to my sidewalk so i could pass by her everyday. i know this is off topic but we found something in common.

  16. but what if it was true and we could have twice that number? to be honest i have not purchased a pair of nike's in fifteen or twenty years. but i believe the kids thing is right. i mean we always seem to have yearly articles on people getting robbed and murdered for their nike's. i have never heard that about any other sneakers. and i am not taking up for nike but if they gave us an edge in basketball i would take it. but i also admit i do not know the politics behind the nike brand either other than sweatshop stuff which i believe they all do except maybe new balance.NB used to claim they were american made if my memory is correct.
  17. just that pic of you wearing that dress mr japster.....lol
  18. Kobe Hudson officially becomes an Auburn Tiger Wednesday Today 8:26 AM 3-4 minutes After a year and eight months of commitment, Kobe Hudson will finally become an Auburn Tiger on Wednesday. Hudson, a four-star receiver from Troup County High School in Georgia, committed to Auburn in April 2018. Even after he made his decision, Auburn continued its recruiting efforts with him, which allowed him to develop a relationship with head coach Gus Malzahn. The relationship was very important to Hudson, and it helped solidify his commitment to Auburn. “It’s been a long process, just staying together as a family since my ninth grade year, my tenth grade year to when they be recruiting me in these final years,” Hudson said. “So I’m just happy it’s here.” Hudson is the No. 10 recruit out of Georgia and the No. 18 wide receiver in the country. He received offers from 21 other schools, but stayed committed to Auburn. Immediately after Hudson signs Wednesday morning on Signing Day, he will move to Auburn to start participating in bowl practices. He will be able to participate in three bowl practices, and then he will head to the All-American game. He will return to Auburn January 5. Hudson doesn’t know who his roommate will be yet, although he’s heard it might be five-star running back Tank Bigsby. By getting involved early, Hudson hopes to develop more of those relationships that he talked about with both the coaches and players. He was told Auburn wants to get the ball in his hands a lot, and he’s preparing to be able to make an impact on the team quickly. Hudson had to wait until after the season to really focus in on his receiver work. He spent the season at quarterback for Troup County. Although it didn’t give him much practice with route running and ball skills, his time in the pocket gave him another perspective of the game that will be helpful to him as a college receiver. “It helps me a lot to know what coverage the defense is in, like, seeing those zones,” Hudson said. Hudson finished his high school career with 1,424 receiving yards and 5,030 passing yards. He also had 2,401 rushing yards. This past year, while Hudson played quarterback for his high school, he also watched as Auburn’s quarterback developed. Bo Nix’s improvement is an exciting prospect for him. “I'm really looking forward to next year because at the end of the season, Bo started to build the thing,” Hudson said. “He just started getting comfortable, so I know next year when he come in, he'll be able to go.” Hudson took his official visit to Auburn on December 14 and chatted with Nix as he prepared to leave. Hudson was told during the visit that the coaches will try to have Nix throwing to him often. He’s preparing to play every receiver position. “They say they’re just going to try to get the ball in my hands as much as they can,” Hudson said.
