  1. hey hoss maybe YOU should listen to them and quit being a richard. it is not that hard.you start stuff and just keep on and on and on. you need to give it a break.
  2. i am betting he is a kid. and he was just trolling you on the praying thing.
  3. i have always suspected 24 is extremely young. as for proud i have probably gotten into it with him more than anyone on the board. it take a big man to ignore idiots. but when they take shots at you and find out they are not worth your time with a response they usually go away.
  4. i never said your opinions are not worth anymore than mine. as for 24 he left the thread when i joined in.and we have had words. if i was a mod and i could prove he was basically stalking you to start crap he would get a serious time out or ban. but i believe once you ignore 24 he will not be able to stand it and that at the end of the day or so he will get the hint his words are cheap. and he will still take shots in different threads and the more you ignore him the bigger the fool he looks. he enjoys it and you would rob him of that joy. he realizes he does not live in your head.and i know ignoring people is hard because we all want to have our say. i have failed everyone single time i have tried. but ok cole have a good one............
  5. our bench is not enough to get past them i do not think. i hope i am wrong.
  6. is it bad for me to wish we were going to the NIT? i believe we would have a better showing.................
  7. i need this one bad boys but i will not stop pulling for the mighty tigers!
  8. the military will always try and protect their officers and they will try to keep it from the press. the rape and assault thing went on a couple of years and i believe a new commander as well.
  9. you guys have a history. i am not sure if 24 is following you from one thread to another but you guys along with others arguing were told to knock it off or take it to private messenger. the thing is you like to fight and you do it pretty often. you show very little grace and end up making people that are not racist upset. i can tell you right now if someone calls me racist they are lying. and if i do not like someone it has nothing to do with race or color or sexual identity. trump is racist as they come and there are a million trump fans on here they are just not very vocal on here since so i personally believe there are many racists on here. but how many times do you have to go after the same ol cat with the same ol talking points over and over? i am trying to be nice and telling you that you hurt yourself more than 24 on here. and while this is being done a committee or group of black folks are in the press for making a list of over two hundred racist names for whites at auburn university. here is a copy of the article posted in the nest which was locked down quick because race was not being discussed at the time. Auburn Black Student Union produces list of racial slurs for white people — Discovered on GroupMe text chat allegedly associated with organization Will Blakely | 02.09.23 Auburn Black Student Union/Instagram A whistleblower in the Auburn University Black Student Union (BSU) claims to have retrieved a Google Doc from a group message associated with the organization, which lists over 250 racial slurs for white people, including “failed abortions,” “diseased neanderthals” and more. The whistleblower sent the document and screenshots of the group message on the popular group messaging app GroupMe to Auburn student Jaden Heard, who leaked the information to Turning Point USA (TPUSA), a conservative campus organization. TPUSA published a short article about the findings on its website last week. 1819 News spoke to Heard on Thursday morning. Heard said he’s not the whistleblower himself, but rather the whistleblower came to him about the information. The whistleblower chose to remain anonymous. “From my perspective, it looks like they were just joking around, trying to have a laugh,” Heard said. “But I’m also imagining if the roles were reversed … I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt, that they were just trying to joke, but at the same time, it was a university-funded organization, and that’s pretty wild.” The document, titled “Creaker Names,” contained seven pages of a single-column list of racial slurs. 1819 News obtained a copy of the document from Heard. According to Urban Dictionary, “Creaker” is another word for “cracker,” used particularly when referring to an old white man. Some of the names on this list are labeled “favorite” in parenthesis, such as “Sour Cream Citizen,” “bleach demons,” “sugar sardines,” “dandruff demons,” “elbow crust,” “dandruff paper,” “copy and paste,” “skin stealers,” “deformed dna,” “decomposing form of humanity,” “delusional lice,” “bobble head white,” “ashy, but you can’t see it,” “untamed beasts,” “crest 3-D whitening strips” and several more. A PDF version of the document can be seen below. Warning: this document consists of vulgar material. Heard also obtained screenshots of the group message that a group member shared the Google Doc in the message after saying, “Here’s a google doc of names for the Neanderthals.” Another group member replied, saying, “Now if any of them try to play we got the names on command.” The group then proceeded to brainstorm more slurs. The whistleblower told TPUSA last week that he got tired of "anti white racism shown in the left." "I have two other black friends who [are no longer members of the BSU] because they bullied them out for having different opinions than what was acceptable," he said. "BSU needs to learn to be more welcoming and inclusive to the white community. The BSU motto is 'unity through education,' and they are currently failing at that." Heard said he was kicked out of a group chat for black freshmen when he was a first-year student. He said he still attends BSU events sometimes but that BSU faculty and student members are hostile toward black conservatives. Heard even claims he's been threatened by members of the BSU. A comment on the TPUSA article claimed that the group message was not associated with the BSU. However, Heard said that the chat contained BSU alumni and members and included members of the BSU executive committee. Further, he claimed that the whistleblower said the chat had either been deleted or he had been kicked out since the Google Doc was leaked. Auburn University issued the following statement to TPUSA last week: On Tuesday afternoon, Auburn University was made aware of a GroupMe chat that used discriminatory language that is allegedly being circulated among some students. The university is committed to providing a working and academic environment that is free from discrimination and harassment and works to foster a nurturing community founded upon the fundamental dignity and worth of all its members. The university prohibits harassment of its students and employees as outlined in our Policy Against Discrimination and Harassment. The university takes these matters very seriously and the alleged behavior does not represent the values of Auburn University. The appropriate administrators are examining the issue and considering appropriate actions. This matter will be treated in the same manner with which any issue of discrimination or harassment is addressed. now i might get in trouble for posting this but it is not info on a pay site so i assume this is ok to post. posts from the nest are not to be reposted for the most part. my point is two things..........racism is not a white only thing. the second is are you ready to denounce this? do you want to call all racists or just the white ones? and i am sorry someone called you names on here. it is a poor look and shows some are not very educated. and of course some folks are not happy in life so they find something to hate. and i really am sorry. but to expect grace sometimes you have to show it and i just do not get that with you. we should all be singing the auburn fight song..........
  10. the air force has always been considered the best of the armed forces. they have better food, training, and equipment. but over the years they have had several scandals. making folks attend church against their will. covering up rape and assaults or something similar and now this.
  11. i saw this and thought i posted it. man that woman is such a dumbass. we shame ourselves letting people like this serve.
  12. does anyone think it will work? i can say i am pleased there are bipartisan talks. i am not sure trump would allow it.
  13. There are whispers on Capitol Hill of a rare bipartisan effort to overhaul Social Security as the program is set to go broke in less than 10 years Jason Lalljee 4–5 minutes President Joe Biden has previously said that he's open to ideas to avoid Social Security's impending insolvency. A group of bipartisan lawmakers including Sen. Mitt Romney are reportedly considering a federal Sovereign Wealth Fund as one proposal.Anna Moneymaker/Getty Images, Carolyn Kaster/AP A group of senators is considering a sovereign wealth fund (SWF) to prevent Social Security insolvency, Semafor reported. A SWF is a government-backed investment fund, and its profits would be used to pay Social Security benefits. If such a SWF failed to generate profits, the bipartisan group of senators are amenable toward tweaking payroll taxes. Congress and President Joe Biden have been scrambling to address Social Security's impending insolvency. But a group of bipartisan lawmakers may have come up with a compromise in the form of a sovereign wealth fund (SWF) — something that the United States does not currently have at the federal level. SWFs are typically investment funds owned by the government, according to the Federal Reserve. In this case, such investments would be used to fund Social Security payments. That's according to Semafor's Joseph Zeballos-Roig, who reported this week that a group of senators led by Sen. Angus King, an Independent from Maine, and Sen. Bill Cassidy, a Republican from Louisiana, is considering a SWF to fund Social Security. That's in addition to reports that the group wants to eventually raise the retirement age to 70 years — or close to it — as well, which could effectively lead to benefit cuts for future retirees. Given that the potential of such a fund depends on its stock market success, Zeballos-Roig reports that senators are amenable to an increase in the payroll tax rate and the amount of income subject to those taxes if the fund's returns fall short of expectations. The goal is, members of the group told Semafor, for Social Security to be solvent for 75 more years, at least. Senator Mitt Romney, who has been attending the bipartisan talks, told The Hill's Aris Folley this week that a SWF would allow the US "to be able to borrow at low interest rates and invest in the growth of our economy, and perhaps economies of other nations as well." "That's what other retirement funds do around the world, in corporations and in the railway world, and it creates a substantial source of revenue," he said, adding that if the investments "didn't do terribly well, we would kick in through other sources and make sure that we don't threaten in any way the benefits of recipients." Semafor reported that a federal SWF would potentially receive an initial investment of $1.5 trillion or more; if that initial influx of cash doesn't see at least an 8% return, the plan would allow raising the maximum taxable income and payroll tax rate ceilings. The current system taxes workers' first $160,200 in earnings, and many Democrats have called for changing that cap. Sens. Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and other Democrats, have championed lifting the cap, with incomes over $250,000 being subjected to payroll taxes. Warren and Sanders reintroduced that legislation this month. "This is an example of two leaders trying to find a solution to a clear and foreseeable danger," spokespeople for Cassidy and King told Semafor. "Although the final framework is still taking shape, there are no cuts for Americans currently receiving Social Security benefits in our plan. Indeed, many will receive additional benefits." There's evidence that shows that government-run investment funds can be successful. In a state-run SWF in Alaska, for instance, residents receive an annual disbursement from the government that works as a guaranteed income program funded by Alaska-owned oil companies. Residents typically get as much as $2,000 a year, and as low as $800 in years with lower gas prices. A 2016 study by the University of Alaska showed that the fund reduced poverty by up to 20%. 15. how long before we get back to the thousand yard guys on offense? i know it used to be nothing pretty much every single year we had a thousand yard rusher. it has always been a point of pride for me. now it seems hit or miss and i understand the oline was limited but if we are a power run team like folks say then should we not have at least on back with a thousand yards? maybe the game has changed. but i do hope we have some studs on the team that can take our game to another level. from the past two years we have been held back. am i looking for too much too early? i just look at freeze at liberty and i automatically think we have better talent and a better coaching staff so we should trend up quite a bit. what say yee? i will sit back and listen.........or nap. whichever comes first.
  16. yes i tried to do my article thread and you guys were down a while..............hell i thought i had finally been banned.....grins
  17. is it possible someone can dislike someone who is black and not be racist? this is not taking up for anyone nor slamming anyone. i get there is racism on this board. i missed what proud did and i missed what corch jay did. if more folks stood up and raised hell about race maybe it would not be a big deal. and someone even said if you claim you are not a racist you probably are which i disagree with. but the fights get old and are seldom ever taken private. why? is it because there is not an audience there to watch the performance? kind of a hey look at me thing? this stuff is getting old and it never ends. no one wants to hear a bunch of racist bull but if it is called out more maybe things would change?
  18. personally i think 24 has a crush on cole and it is killing him......................grins
  19. i have no problems with her getting justice. in fact i hope she sues the crap out of those that did this. i bet her social security number has not been redacted so that should be a major problem. sounds like you just have a problem with dems. i am and have always been big on justice. i hate what politics has or is becoming. we allow pols to spend millions on petty crap when that money could be better served. but again you thinking most of us dems do not care is just not true. what would you have us do?

The Auburn Tigers travel to archrival Alabama on Wednesday in hopes to pull off an upset in a pivotal time for NCAA Tournament seeding.
