  1. Updated SEC baseball power rankings after week three action; Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina all rise Andrew Stefaniak 7–9 minutes After another busy weekend in the SEC, we have a good amount of movement in the power rankings. Florida has looked great, but Mississippi State has continued to struggle. Let's take a look at our week four SEC baseball power rankings. 14. Kentucky Wildcats Record: 9-2 Last Week's Rank: 14 Week Three Recap: While they went 4-0 on the week, Kentucky has not impressed me much. Their strength of schedule is awful, and they are beating mediocre teams by narrow margins. They still do have a decent pitching staff but haven't done enough to move from the last spot in the power rankings. With another weak schedule coming up this week, it will be hard for the Wildcats to move any time soon. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Tue Murry State, Wed Ohio. Weekend Series: Southern Illinois 13. Mississippi State Bulldogs Record: 7-5 Last Week's Rank: 13 Week Three Recap: Mississippi State went 2-2 on the weekend with a win over at the time #25 Southern Miss. They then went on to lose to Ohio State, and Oklahoma then won their last game of the weekend over California. I thought the big win over Southern Miss could be the turning point for this Bulldog ball club, but that was not the case. Mississippis State needs to figure it out and figure it out quickly. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Valparaiso . Weekend Series: Lipscomb. 12. Missouri Tigers Record: 9-2 Last Week's Rank: 11 Week Three Recap: Missouri had a good week winning four games scoring 48 runs, and only allowing 16. This Tiger team has played some bad teams since their big start to the season with wins over Texas and TCU, so it is still hard to get a feel for this team. We will have clarity soon enough, with SEC play only a few weeks away. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Western Illinois. Weekend Series: NJIT 4x 11. Georgia Bulldogs Record: 8-3 Last Week's Rank: 12 Week Three Recap: It was a good week for Georgia as they blew out Presbyterian in their midweek matchup, then won the series over in-state rival Georgia Tech. This was a big series win, and is why they leapfrogged Missouri. Georgia can swing it, and I expect them to be a force in SEC play. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Tue/Wed Georgia Southern. Weekend Series: Charleston Southern 10. Auburn Tigers Record: 9-1-1 Last Week's Rank: 10 Week Three Recap: Auburn went 4-0 on the week with a blowout win over FAMU in the midweek, then a series sweep of Lipscomb. This was a gritty sweep by Auburn as they trailed going into the eighth in two of these ball games but were able to come back and win in both. This team can really hit; it's all going to come down to whether or not they have enough pitchers to get through a weekend. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Tue UAB, Wed Jacksonville State. Weekend Series: Southeastern Louisiana 9. Alabama Crimson Tide (18) Record: 12-0 Last Week's Rank: 7 Week Three Recap: Alabama went 4-0 on the week and exploded for 47 runs. This team is in the same boat as Kentucky since they have won a ton but haven't played any note-worthy opponents. This Crimson Tide team could be very good; we just need to see it play out when SEC play begins, and they start playing quality opponents. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Tue Samford, Wed Alabama State. Weekend Series: Columbia 8. Texas A&M Aggies (15) Record: 7-4 Last Week's Rank: 9 Week Three Recap: The Aggies had a pretty good week going 3-1, with wins over #24 Texas Tech, Rice, and Houston Christian and a loss to #14 Louisville. This team just has a lot of bats that excite me, which is why they moved up a spot despite the ugly loss to Louisville. Although the season hasn't started the way many would have hoped for Texas A&M, I believe it will turn around soon. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Tue Incarnate Word, Wed @Rice. Weekend Series: Northern Kentucky 7. South Carolina Gamecocks (20) Record: 11-1 Last Week's Rank: 8 Week Three Recap: South Carolina had a big week as they won their midweek then took two out of three from Clemson. This is a heated rivalry, so it was a big win for the Gamecocks. This was their first real test, so I was glad to see the bats showed up against a quality opponent. This team will win a lot of ball games in SEC play. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Tue The Citadel, Wed SC Upstate. Weekend Series: Bethune-Cookman 6. Arkansas Razorbacks (8) Record: 9-2 Last Week's Rank: 6 Week Three Recap: Arkansas went 4-0 on the weekend and scored 40 runs. Pitching did allow 19 runs, so this is something the Hogs would like to see come down. Arkansas is a three-tool team since they can swing it, field it, and pitch it with the best of them. This team will be a serious contender to run all the way to Omaha. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Army. Weekend Series: Louisiana Tech 5. Vanderbilt Commodores (7) Record: 8-4 Last Week's Rank: 4 Week Three Recap: Vanderbilt had a good weekend, winning their midweek then going 2-1 in Minneapolis. They lost to Nebraska but were able to knock off #18, Maryland, and Minnesota. They have a terrific leadoff hitter in Enrique Bradfield Jr., who is one of the best players in the SEC. Vandy, per usual, will be one of the teams projected to win the league, and for good reason. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Tue Tennessee Tech, Wed Evansville. Weekend Series: LMU 4. Florida Gators (6) Record: 10-3 Last Week's Rank: 5 Week Three Recap: Florida's week got off to a rough start after splitting the midweek series with Jacksonville, but it got a lot better when the Gators took two of three from #22 Miami. Florida has an outstanding pitcher named Jac Caglianone, who hits 97mph on the mound and hits bombs at the plate. This young man is in the early running for SEC Player of the Year and has his Gators looking great. Week Four Opponents: Midweek Tue/Wed FAU. Weekend Series: Siena 3. Ole Miss Rebels (4) Record: 10-2 Last Week's Rank: 3 Week Three Recap: Ole Miss had a great week going 4-1. They split their midweek series with an excellent Louisiana Tech team. There was some controversy with the game that Ole Miss did win against Tech, which is warranted, but rules are rules. Ole Miss then won all three games they played over the weekend, including a win over #18 Maryland. This Ole Miss team has a real chance to repeat as National Champions. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Southern Miss. Weekend Series: Purdue 2. Tennessee Volunteers (3) Record: 11-2 Last Week's Rank: 2 Week Three Recap: Tennessee had a great week winning five games and only allowed 16 runs. This Volunteer squad has an outstanding pitching staff and has some great bats to back it. Tennessee is going to be really good again this season and will go toe to toe with LSU for being the potential number-one team in the nation. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Boston College. Weekend Series: Morehead State 1. LSU Tigers (1) Record: 10-1 Last Week's Rank: 1 Week Three Recap: LSU went 4-0 on the week with a midweek victory over Texas. The Tigers had two shutouts and only allowed six runs over the entire week. They also scored 54 runs leading to three blowouts. Paul Skenes has looked great for the Tigers and will continue to be one of the best arms in the SEC. This LSU team looks like a National Championship front-runner after the first few weeks of the season. Week Four Opponents: Midweek: Mon Butler, Wed Lamar. Weekend Series: Samford There are lots of good games in the SEC this week, so we will likely see a lot of movement in next week's rankings. 3. USA TODAY Sports puts Johni Broome on All-SEC Team Johni Broome made quite an impact in his first season at Auburn and is starting to get the recognition he deserves. He was named to the USA TODAY Sports All-SEC Second Team on Monday. He averaged a team-high 14.0 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 2.4 blocks per game in his first season on the Plains. The sophomore has also recorded nine double-doubles. It wasn’t the only honor Broome received on Monday, the SEC coaches named him and point guard Wendell Green Jr. to their All-SEC Second Team. The duo and the rest of the Tigers will return to action Thursday when they take on the Arkansas Razorbacks in the SEC Tournament. The game is set to start at 6 p.m. CT and will be at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. It will be on the SEC Network.

The SEC announced its annual awards Monday afternoon, when Auburn point guard Wendell Green Jr. and center Johni Broome both earned second-team All-SEC honors as voted on by the league’s coaches. Read more Auburn basketball: A look at Auburn’s SEC Tournament draw and path to a potential title Auburn likely secures NCAA Tournament bid with win against Tennessee The full schedule and bracket for the 2023 SEC Tournament Green and Broome have been Auburn’s top-two players throughout the 2022-23 regular season, which ended Saturday with a big-time win at Neville Arena against then-No. 12 Tennessee. Broome is Auburn’s leading scorer (14 points per game) and leading rebounder (8.4 per game), while Green was just behind him averaging 13.9 points per game and leading the team in assists (4.2 per game) in his first season as the Tigers’ starting point guard. Green started all 31 games for Auburn at point guard this season after serving as the Tigers’ sixth man during his first year on the Plains last season. He helped lead Auburn to a 20-11 overall record and a 10-8 mark in SEC play, as the Tigers earned the No. 7 seed in this week’s SEC Tournament and likely locked in a fourth NCAA Tournament appearance in the last five postseasons. Along with finishing as Auburn’s second-leading scorer and recording his third consecutive season with at least 100 assists, Green tied for second in the SEC in assists per game and led Auburn with 1.7 steals per game (10th-best in the league). Broome, a transfer from Morehead State and last season’s OVC Defensive Player of the Year, was a force inside for Auburn during his first season on the Plains. Along with leading the team in scoring and rebounding, Broome finished third in the SEC in blocks (2.4 per game) and ranked 10th nationally in block rate (9.8 percent). That duo will lead Auburn into the SEC Tournament this week in Nashville, where the Tigers open play Thursday against 10th-seeded Arkansas on SEC Network. 5. 247sports.com Bracketology: Signature win over Tennessee helps Auburn work off the bubble Nathan King In all likelihood, Auburn punched its NCAA Tournament ticket on Saturday. But the Tigers can certainly stand to improve not only their comfort level in receiving an at-large bid, but also possibly move up a seed line with another Quadrant 1 victory, or multiple, in Nashville this week. The consensus is that Auburn is in the field after downing Tennessee, the NET No. 3 team in the country, adding a much-needed signature win to its resume after failing to do so against many of its quality opponents this season. Auburn now owns three Quad 1 wins, in addition to reaching the all-important landmark of 20 wins on the year, plus another season of double-digit wins in SEC play (10-8). Thanks to a crucial victory on the last day of the regular season — its first Quad 1 win since January — Auburn can improve its resume at the SEC Tournament this week, while a loss won’t be very damaging, if at all. That’s especially the case since Auburn is opening the postseason Thursday against Arkansas, currently No. 18 in the NET. A win would be even more assurance for the Tigers as a single-digit seed in the big dance. CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm updated his bracket Monday morning, with Auburn comfortably off the bubble. The Tigers are an 8-seed by Palm, facing off against No. 9 Iowa in Birmingham, with No. 1 Houston likely standing in the way of a trip to the Sweet Sixteen. Updated Sunday night after the conclusion of all the weekend’s games, ESPN’s Joe Lunardi isn’t so bullish on Auburn’s seeding, still with the Tigers as a bubble team and one of his “last four byes.” Auburn is an 11-seed by Lunardi, slated against No. 6 Michigan State in Albany, New York. Of the 47 projections on Bracket Matrix that have been updated since Auburn’s win over Tennessee, Lunardi’s is one of only four with the Tigers as an 11-seed. There are 17 projections for Auburn as a 10-seed, 20 as a 9-seed and six on the 8-line, which is good for a composite of 9.58, meaning Auburn is the site’s highest-rated team on the 10-line at the moment. Other prominent bracketologies Monday include Auburn as an 8-seed (Torvik), 9-seed (Sporting News), 10-seed (Blogging the Bracket, Heat Check) and 11-seed (FOX Sports, EvanMiya). 6. 247sports.com Assist-to-turnover ratio vital to Auburn's success this season Mark Murphy ~4 minutes AUBURN, Alabama–Following the regular season finale vs. Tennessee with the Tigers posting an outstanding three-to-one assist to turnover ratio against college basketball’s top-rated defensive team, Coach Bruce Pearl wants to see the trend continue into postseason. For Auburn that begins on Thursday at 6 p.m. CST at Bridgestone Arena in round two of the SEC Tournament. In Saturday’s 79-70 victory over the Volunteers, Auburn improved its overall record to 20-11 and finished 10-8 in the regular season to set up a game vs. the Arkansas Razorbacks, who are 19-12 overall and 8-10 in the league. Auburn is 2-1 in neutral site contests this season with wins over Bradley (25-9) and Northwestern (21-10) to go with a loss to Memphis (23-8). Arkansas is 4-1 in neutral site contests with wins over Louisville, San Diego State, Oklahoma and Bradley and a loss to Creighton in Maui. Pearl said he would like to see the Tigers continue to do a good job of avoiding turnovers and keeping the assist numbers high. Against the Volunteers the Tigers finished the game with 18 assists and just six turnovers. “This team has been one of the best at taking care of the ball that I have had,” Pearl pointed out. “I have had some pretty good teams. This is one of the best at taking care of the basketball and valuing possessions.” In SEC play the Tigers have a 1.24-1 assist to turnover ratio, which ranks third behind Tennessee (1.55-1) and Missouri (1.31-1). The strong assist to turnover performance helped Auburn score 79 points against Tennessee, which is allowing just 59.8 points per contest against SEC competition and 57.45 points per outing for all games. “A good offensive performance doesn’t necessarily translate into the next game because everyone is so different,” Pearl said. “It will give our guys a little bit of confidence and feel-good. They should feel good about their looks and making shots.” In Auburn’s 72-59 victory over Arkansas on January 7th at Neville Arena the Tigers outscored the Razorbacks 25-6 on points off of turnovers. Arkansas finished the contest with nine assists and 14 turnovers. Auburn produced 13 assists and turned the ball over eight times. 7. Former Ole Miss RB suggests Lane Kiffin Auburn football rumors were planted to distract from Rebels’ success Andrew Hughes 2–3 minutes Ole Miss running back Zach Evans suggested that the Lane Kiffin to Auburn football rumors were planted to disrupt the Rebels' success in 2022 (Photo by Justin Ford/Getty Images) Former Ole Miss running back Zach Evans spoke at the 2023 NFL Combine and implied that the rumors of Lane Kiffin becoming the Auburn football head coach following Bryan Harsin’s October 31 firing was merely a plant to disrupt the team’s success. Evans described a locker room in early November that was able to ignore it, but by the Egg Bowl matchup against Mississippi State on November 24, Kiffin had to address it. At that point, the Kiffin to the Tigers rumors had reached a fever pitch, and every single social media post the Rebels coach put out was taken as a potential sign he was Plains-bound. After talking about how the team felt the rumors were ‘mind clutter,’ Evans than delved into conspiratorial territory in saying those talks existed solely for the purpose of being a distraction (h/t AL.com😞 “We started off the season 8-1. I mean, everybody wanted something to say. A lot of people didn’t like the success we were having, so we just got to stay together as a team and focus on the main thing, and that was winning.” Potential reason Lane Kiffin never became Auburn football head coach Players in the Auburn football locker room were convinced the week of the Iron Bowl that Kiffin was coming. There was legitimate momentum for new AD John Cohen to make Kiffin his first major hire in his new role. Evans saying those talks were never real is just to save face for Ole Miss fans who grew frustrated in 2022 when the rumors coincided with loss after a loss in the final month of the season. The most likely reason a deal wasn’t struck was because of the autonomy Kiffin wouldn’t have been granted in the head coach role. In Oxford, Kiffin calls the shots. In Auburn, he would’ve had to bend the knee to the brain trust regarding coaching hirings and other NIL related business. Carnell “Cadillac” Williams being named associate head coach under Hugh Freeze was something Kiffin may not have approved of, with his possible replacement being an Auburn man through and through.
  8. flywareagle.com Analyst: Auburn football ‘never recovered’ from Bryan Harsin inquiry Andrew Hughes ~3 minutes ESPN's Chris Low believes Auburn football never recovered from the February 2022 inquiry into the program and head coach Bryan Harsin Mandatory Credit: The Montgomery Advertiser ESPN’s Chris Low believes the Auburn football program never recovered after the University’s brain trust investigated head coach Bryan Harsin allegations ranging from an inappropriate intimate relationship with a staff member and alleged racist actions towards players. Under Harsin in 2022, the Tigers went 3-5, including a 1-5 record against Power Five teams. It’s hard to determine if the inquiry is what knocked AU off stride considering the Tigers also lost the final five games of the 2021 season. Regardless, Low cited the inquiry in assessing the top storylines of 2023 SEC spring football: “The program never recovered after the university-directed investigation into Bryan Harsin’s relationships with players and coaches following the 2021 season, so the Tigers are starting over — again.” ESPN leaves open the possibility for Auburn football to land transfer portal QB In discussing what Hugh Freeze is going to bring to the Auburn football program in the wake of a snake-bitten tenure for Harsin and his family on the Plains for 21 games and 21 months of tabloid fodder, Low and Harry Lyles Jr. discussed the quarterback situation — and left the door open for the Tigers to pursue a QB in the transfer portal. Freeze missed the first round of headline name transfer portal additions, which included NC State’s (now Kentucky’s) Devin Leary, Coastal Carolina’s Grayson McCall, and Virginia’s (now NC State’s) Brennan Armstrong, but that may have been by design. The Tigers were linked to Oklahoma State’s Spencer Sanders but never offered him before he chose to transfer to Ole Miss. Should he decide to peruse the portal after the spring, it will be because he sees Robby Ashford, TJ Finley, and Holden Geriner as too far behind due to playing in an offensive system under Eric Kiesau that was canned when Carnell “Cadillac” Williams took over midseason following Harsin’s firing. Ohio State’s Kyle McCord, UCLA’s Ethan Garbers, Nebraska’s Casey Thompson, and Cincinnati’s Evan Prater have all been floated by Saturday Down South’s Matt Hayes as post-spring transfer portal options for Freeze.
  9. auburn.rivals.com AuburnSports - Freeze recruiting ‘100 miles per hour’ Bryan Matthews AuburnSports Freeze recruiting ‘100 miles per hour’ 18m ago 4–5 minutes AUBURN | Hugh Freeze knew it was going to be a priority even before he was hired. And Auburn’s head coach has certainly delivered when it comes to recruiting over his first 14 weeks on the job. It’s not just putting more of an emphasis on recruiting as a program, it’s Freeze taking a personal responsibility in contacting prospects and building those important 1-on-1 relationships. “Oh, man. It takes a lot off the assistant coaches because he has a team with him that's recruiting all day,” said secondary coach Zac Etheridge. “He's on the phone every day, all day with recruits. He'll come in your office talking about kids and you're like, 'Coach, I haven't talked to him.' 'Well, I've talked to him.' It's fun to see him walking around. He's 100 miles per hour right now. We recruit every day, all day. Throughout the day, if a kid is on the phone and he's a top prospect, let's take five or 10 minutes and get on with their family. “It's been good to see him -- it's kind of at this point, it's like coach, we're trying to watch ball. Because he's walking down and all he has to do is recruit all day and let the coordinators do their jobs. But it's been really impressive to see the work he's put in recruiting. I think it's going to pay off, for sure.” It’s already paid off in a lot of ways. The Tigers were able to climb more than 20 spots in the 2023 team recruiting rankings after Freeze was hired. Freeze and Etheridge were key in AU flipping 5-star edge Keldric Faulk from Florida State and Rivals100 cornerback Kayin Lee from Ohio State. Both enrolled at Auburn in January and are going through spring practice along with seven other signees and 12 transfers. Most of the 21 newcomers were added after Freeze was hired. “Everybody's excited. We're excited about everybody, feel good about everybody,” said Etheridge. “Everybody in that room and on this team can never be complacent because you're always trying to bring in elite guys. You're always trying to bring in guys -- and they see it. The guys on the team see the guys you're recruiting, so they want to make sure that they're doing … their part every day. “Because we're trying to bring in elite guys so we can go compete for a championship -- not waiting three or four years. We're trying to get it now. And we're counting on this '24 and '25 class to be the next to come in to help us get to that.” It’s those elite prospects that Freeze can make the biggest difference for Auburn in recruiting. He was crucial in beating out Clemson and Baylor for top quarterback target Walker White, who committed to Auburn Feb. 3. AU finished 16th in the country in the ’23 and is aiming much higher for ’24. “Oh, absolutely. I would be surprised if we're not,” said Etheridge of having one of the top classes in the SEC. “With the response we've had from the families in the way we do things, and being on FaceTime with families and things like that, it's just -- recruiting just takes time. It's work and it's effort. “So we're just who we are every day as a staff. There's no egos; everybody's recruiting, everybody's talking. We can pass the phone around and guys can get on with other recruits. It's been good. But I feel like we're going to have a lot of top guys on campus this spring and leading into the summer. And hopefully, obviously, we can continue to pick up steam as we start winning games. Guys want to be a part of something special and what we're building here.” Auburn is off this week for spring break. Practice will resume Monday with the first full scrimmage scheduled for Friday, March 17. The A-Day game will be April 8.
  10. How Auburn football is incentivizing players for creating 'havoc' Richard Silva, Montgomery Advertiser 4–5 minutes AUBURN — Auburn football coach Hugh Freeze told reporters in January that the weeks leading up to spring practice would be stressful for his new staff. The 53-year-old explained the turnaround from recruiting players in the first few months of the staff's arrival to Auburn to installing the offense and defense would be a quick one. He conceded he and his assistants wouldn't get it all done, but did say the Tigers "better get good at something." With the first week of spring practice in the rear-view mirror, the coaches have begun introducing the scheme to the team. But it's been a slow process. SPRING PRACTICE:Auburn football players with the most to gain in Hugh Freeze's first spring practice OWEN PAPPOE:Watch former Auburn football LB Owen Pappoe run a 4.39 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine "They made it as easy as possible," senior defensive lineman Marcus Harris said. "They try not to put all the stuff on us at one time. They try to spread it out throughout time. They're just great people. Like, all the coaches are great people. I've never met a coaching staff like this before. Everybody is genuine, and you can tell they care about you, on and off the field. "This coaching staff's transition has been easy because they embraced us, and they're letting us know that they care about us even though they're new coaches and don't know a lot of players. They still care about us." Junior defensive back Keionte Scott echoed similar sentiments Wednesday: "The coaches have done a good job of giving us little by little, enough for us to catch up on. ... There are a lot of coaches and GA’s that help out with stuff like that. Our coaches have told us that if we want to get something extra or if we’re struggling with something, just to come up and be with them." Harris, who is entering his third year with the program after transferring in from Kansas in 2021, said new defensive coordinator Ron Roberts hasn't yet shared exactly what the defensive front will look like in 2023. The Montgomery native explained that the defense has been practicing in both 3-4 and 4-3 formations. Auburn football defensive coordinator Ron Roberts during spring practice on Monday, February 27. "Coach Roberts is a multiple defense type dude," Harris said. "We're preparing for both defenses right now. I really don't know which one he's going to like most." Roberts explained in an availability last month that it's important to create "havoc" in his defenses. That's not just a word he throws around but rather a stat he keeps. Whether it's a sack, an interception, a pass breakup or anything of that nature, it's recorded as havoc. The goal is to create havoc on at least 20% of plays. "It's exciting having a defensive coordinator like that," Harris said. "He told us a little bit about it. I don't know the exact numbers or anything like that, but they said they're going to keep track of sacks and turnovers this spring and whoever − they're going to give out T-shirts and gifts to people who create turnovers and negative plays and stuff like that." Auburn isn't practicing this week because of spring break, but the Tigers return to the field next Monday for their fourth practice of the spring. Freeze said Tuesday the team will likely have its first scrimmage at practice No. 6, which is scheduled for March 17. And it'll be an opportunity for Harris to create some havoc in exchange for a T-shirt or two. "His defense is pretty simple, but it's for us to know," Harris said of Roberts. "He's trying not to make things harder than it's got to be." Richard Silva is the Auburn athletics beat writer for the Montgomery Advertiser. Auburn gymnastics' Suni Lee resting vs Kentucky, will compete vs Penn State on Friday Richard Silva, Montgomery Advertiser ~2 minutes Auburn gymnastics is down one of its best athletes against Kentucky. Suni Lee is taking a rest against the Wildcats. Coach Jeff Graba released a statement ahead of his team's away meet against Kentucky on Saturday explaining that Lee is out of the lineup, but it's not injury-related. "Due to the schedule changes this weekend and training plan, we've decided it's best to rest Suni today," Graba said. "She's excited to compete against Penn State on Friday in her final meet at Neville Arena." Auburn was originally scheduled to take on Kentucky in Lexington on Friday, but because of the threat of severe weather in the area, the meet was postponed to 11 a.m. Saturday. 14. i think we are in much better shape. i am fully behind coach and i think he brings out the best in us. what i find is crazy is the lifting and training exercises. when harsin came it was said our guys were not getting it done or it was not working. anyeone remember that? i know they hit the weights hard and ran bleacher steps so i just assumed we would be more physical. and now i read early on, again, we were not maximizing our efforts or something. i believe an auburn player made the comment. so that is really strange to me. i figured the one thing hars did right was training. i gues not. anyone know or wonder what is going on?
