I dont think the plan was for Traore, Westry and Donaldson to be playing 10 min combined (all Donaldson at that) by this point in the season. Obviously things havnt went as hoped for in this freshman class to this point. If they come on by next season along with the HS signee and hopefully some portal help I think things will be much improved. Still think this is a bump in the road and the programs in great shape going forward.

This is the most Ive seen Traore play. He doesnt look like a guy you cant put on the court to give some minutes.

Our biggest problem is the common one…a teamwide inability to put the ball in the basket. Just no cure for what ails this team for this season.

If Westry, Donaldson and Traore can dribble without falling down, I think its time to see what youve got. If they turn it over and miss shots were no worse off than we are now.

The whole Harsin is bonding with the players working out was actually an egomaniac wanting a pic to put on instagram. I dont expect to see a picture of Hugh in a sleveless hoodie showing off his muscles. I was pumped to get Freeze and Im even more excited today.

Freeze cant fix every position overnight. McCall set us back and we got in late on some others probably due to that. The season hasnt started yet, so lets wait and see what happens. Weve also missed on some WRs probably due to the QB situation. With Freezes track record you can be assured these 2 positions will be taken care of in the future. Well, maybe you cant be assured.

Absolutely not. If anything its made things more interesting to follow. I do believe the future will be partnering with players in TV revenue and acknowledging them as employees. There were lots of fans who hated the idea of free angency in pro sports when it started but now its just an accepted(and exciting) part of their offseason.

Amen. Auburn is relevant in recruiting for the first time in what seems like forever. Lost some we were hoping for today, but we were serious contenders for top level guys after basically having no HC for a year and a half. Flipped players from FSU and Ohio St which hasnt happened in a while. Nothing is more important today than talent acquisition and weve finally got a guy who understands this and is willing to put in the work to make it happen.

Remember the anti Freezers here telling us that he wouldnt be able to recruit?
